All services and activities enrolled in through the K3's Foundation Site are subject to the specific cancellation and make-up policies of the applicable Provider.
Further, you shall contact and directly deal with the applicable Provider with respect to the cancellation or make-up of any activity enrolled in through the K3's Foundation Site or with respect to any refund.

If the applicable child cannot attend an activity for any reason you shall not receive a refund unless otherwise agreed by the Provider and in all cases subject to the Provider’s cancellation and refund policies. If a Provider has to cancel or reschedule an activity for any reason, in its sole discretion, you and the Provider will deal with each other directly, not involving K3's Foundation, with respect to a refund or a make-up. K3's Foundation shall have no responsibility or liability to you or any third party if a Provider cancels or reschedules an activity.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
